The EFAD Congress is the flagship event of the European Federation of the Associations of Dietitians, held every two years and bringing together dietitians, researchers, educators, policymakers and practitioners from across Europe and beyond.
The latest edition, the 15th EFAD Congress, took place in Malmö, Sweden, from 24–25 October 2025 under the theme “Rethink. Reform. Sustain: Dietitians at the Forefront of Change.” This congress explored the vital role of dietitians in building a sustainable future, from advancing health equity to championing sustainable food systems. It provided a platform for learning, collaboration and professional exchange in a setting renowned for its commitment to sustainability.
