  • Teaching Motivational Interviewing with AI: How NOUMIRA Supports Reflective Communication Training in Dietetics Education

This session will introduce NOUMIRA, an AI-powered educational assistant developed to support vocational dietetics education. Participants will learn how AI-assisted patient simulations and reflective coaching can help students strengthen their communication skills and practise motivational interviewing in a safe and interactive learning environment.

  • Using GenAI Critically in Nutrition Education: Examples from a UK Undergraduate Programme
