
HDHL Food4Health (HDHL F4H) project, a Horizon Europe Coordination and Support Action (CSA), is on a mission to make impactful health and nutrition research accessible, visible, and connected. EFAD is a consortium partner of the HDHL F4H project and is leading the work package on the communication and dissemination. Through a dynamic media strategy and a strong network of partners, we’re creating vibrant communities of support that amplify knowledge and drive change.
You’ll support the implementation of the Communication & Dissemination (C&D) Strategy of HDHL F4H and ensure the timely execution of project activities. You will work closely together with EFAD’s Lead in Project Management and EFAD’s Communication Manager.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and deliver communication materials (social media posts, newsletters, factsheets, videos)
- Support the rollout of the HDHL F4H communication agenda and calendar of events (e.g., workshops, webinars, roundtables)
- Assist in content production for high-impact conferences (e.g. EFAD, IUNS-ICN, FENS)
- Ensure effective internal communication
- Contribute to the creation and dissemination of training and education materials with two EFAD standing Committees: Research & Evidence-Based Practice and Education & Lifelong Learning
- Foster strong relationships with consortium partners and external stakeholders
- Collect evidence on communication and dissemination activities and compile reports (including KPIs) to assess visibility, reach, and impact
- Support the evaluation of communication effectiveness and recommend improvements based on monitoring and feedback
What You Bring:
- Strong written and visual communication skills (experience with digital tools is a plus)
- Experience in managing communication activities in EU-funded projects (desirable)
- Interest in public health, nutrition, and sustainable food systems
- A collaborative and autonomous working style
- Attention to detail in documenting activities and reporting outcomes
The workload will be flexible, but expect an average of 1.5-2 days/week over a period of 1 year, with the possibility to extend. The starting date is in consultation, preferably before July.
