HEALTH UP! focuses on:

Educating VET teachers about eating disorders—both formally and practically.

Fostering healthier student habits through education, social and physical engagement, and digital tools.

Two Workshop Manuals (one on nutrition, one on mental health, social and physical activity) with classroom, at-home, and app-based activities.

An engaging, user-friendly App to support healthy practices among VET students.
What’s Needed
As part of Work Package 2 (WP2), EFAD is seeking two dietitians with specialisation or expertise in eating disorders to voluntarily review the educational guide. Your feedback will help ensure that the guide:

Accurately reflects the science and lived experience behind eating disorders.

Provides meaningful, appropriate support to VET educators and students.
-
Maintains sensitivity around mental health while offering practical, actionable prevention tools.
All contributions will be acknowledged and credited.
