THE INTERNATIONAL WEEK ‘Food Safety’ is aimed at teachers and staff representing the fields of Hospitality Management, Biotechnology, Food and Agriculture in our partner institutions. A special attention in workshops will be paid to curricula development and different aspects of Food Safety in High-Tech Agriculture, Nutrition and Big Data as well as to learning from each other’ s good practices in the field.
